MATHEMATICS

The Mathematics Department offers a comprehensive range of courses, from college preparatory to Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) levels. Our curriculum emphasizes both real-world application and advanced mathematical reasoning, equipping students with the skills needed for success in college-level studies and beyond.

Students are expected to approach problem-solving through numerical, graphical, and algebraic methods. To support this, all courses incorporate graphing technology. While TI graphing calculators are encouraged for most advance courses, the department utilizes the Desmos graphing calculator, which is freely available online and accessible on most devices. This powerful tool is the department’s preferred choice for graphing and visualization both in class and at home.
