In an effort to better serve our community, we are excited to introduce our new online facility request and rental system!

Whether you’re looking for a space for a meeting, a sports event, or a community gathering, our goal is to make the process as smooth and simple as possible.

What’s new for you?
Through our new partnership with Facilitron, you can view available rental sites in the district.

• Explore Spaces: View photos and detailed descriptions of available facilities.

• Check Availability: See real-time calendars to request space based on availability.

• Get Instant Quotes: Receive estimated costs for your request immediately.

• Convenient Payments: Pay online using major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, or PayPal.

• Easy Uploads: Submit your proof of insurance (COI) directly into the system or even obtain it through Facilitron if needed.

A few things to keep in mind:
GCPS Board policies regarding facility use remain the same. The district’s administrative staff will continue
to make final decisions on all requests to ensure our schools remain safe and focused on student needs.
